1) Scope
1.1 These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “T&C”) of TEE Group Ltd., headquartered in Industrial Park “Opticoelectron,” Panagyurishte, Bulgaria, apply to all contracts for the supply of goods concluded via the website tee-welding.bg.
1.2 Customers under these T&C can be either consumers or traders. A consumer is any natural person concluding a transaction outside their commercial or professional activity. A trader is any natural or legal person acting within their commercial or professional activity.
2) Conclusion of Contract
2.1 Products displayed on the website do not constitute a binding legal offer. An offer to conclude a contract is submitted by the customer by completing the ordering process.
2.2 The contract is considered concluded upon explicit confirmation by email, telephone, automatic confirmation by the order system, or upon shipment of the goods.
2.3 TEE Group Ltd. reserves the right to refuse an order without providing a reason.
2.4 Orders are accepted only in Bulgarian or English.
3) Right of Withdrawal
3.1 Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.
3.2 Details regarding the right of withdrawal are described in the “Right of Withdrawal” section.
4) Prices and Payment Terms
4.1 All prices listed on the website are final and include VAT. Delivery costs are calculated separately.
4.2 TEE Group Ltd. accepts payment via cash on delivery, bank transfer, PayPal, and credit card.
4.3 If advance payment is chosen, it must be made within three (3) business days.
5) Delivery and Transport Conditions
5.1 Delivery is carried out via courier to the address specified by the customer.
5.2 Risk transfers to the customer upon handing over the goods to the courier, except when the customer is a consumer.
5.3 TEE Group Ltd. is not responsible for delays caused by third parties (e.g., courier companies).
6) Retention of Ownership
6.1 Delivered goods remain the property of TEE Group Ltd. until full payment is received.
7) Liability for Defects (Warranty)
7.1 In the event of defects, the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act of the Republic of Bulgaria apply.
7.2 For business clients, the warranty period is twelve (12) months unless otherwise agreed.
8) Liability
8.1 TEE Group Ltd. is liable only for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence.
8.2 No liability is assumed for indirect damages or loss of profits.
9) Special Conditions for Custom-Made Products
9.1 The customer is responsible for the provided content and guarantees that it does not infringe third-party rights (e.g., copyrights).
9.2 TEE Group Ltd. reserves the right to refuse orders containing content that is inappropriate or violates ethical standards.
10) Special Conditions for Repair Services
10.1 Repairs are carried out only at the headquarters of TEE Group Ltd. in Panagyurishte.
10.2 The customer bears the transport costs unless otherwise agreed.
11) Use of Promotional Vouchers
11.1 Promotional vouchers may only be used within the specified period and under the stated conditions.
11.2 Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be combined for the same order.
12) Applicable Law
12.1 The laws of the Republic of Bulgaria apply. For consumers within the EU, the mandatory legal provisions of their country of residence also apply.
13) Competent Court
13.1 The competent court for all disputes is the court in Panagyurishte, Bulgaria, unless mandatory jurisdiction under law applies.
14) Alternative Dispute Resolution
14.1 TEE Group Ltd. does not participate in alternative dispute resolution procedures before reconciliation bodies.
